Where We Ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States.
Shipping Charges
- Merchandise subtotals under $200 after item and coupon discounts: $10 flat-rate shipping.
- Merchandise subtotals of $200 or more after item and coupon discounts: free shipping.
The separate crypto payment discount does not affect free-shipping eligibility. Shipping eligibility and the final charge are shown at checkout.
Product Formats and Packaging
Our lyophilized research compounds are shipped without cold-chain packaging. We also carry solution products and bulk powders; each product listing identifies the supplied format. Follow the storage and handling information supplied for the specific product.
Delivery Questions

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Deliveries
If a delivery arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or includes a defective item, report it within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the information to provide and the review process.
