Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our products, Soren Sciences maintains a limited returns policy. Because research compounds are sensitive to handling and storage conditions once they leave our facility, we cannot guarantee the integrity of a product after it has shipped unless an error occurred on our end.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that arrived damaged, was shipped in error, or is otherwise defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sorensciences.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you once the issue is verified.

Non-Returnable Items

Any product that has been opened, reconstituted, or used
Items returned without a valid order number or proof of purchase
Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery

Because all products are sold strictly for laboratory research use, we are unable to accept returns once a vial or package has been opened, regardless of reason.

How to Request a Return

Email info@sorensciences.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Research Use Only: All products are intended for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. Returns are evaluated solely on the basis of shipping damage or fulfillment error, not on the basis of product use or results.
